• GPS devices may be preprogrammed with your destination(s). Please let us know if we can provide this service for you at least 72 hours in advance.
• GPS navigation systems- Many of our vehicles are not equipped with an OEM GPS navigation system. However, portable GPS systems may be obtained at the counter when you pick up your vehicle. The GPS units are 20 points per day. However, if you do not book in advance, we cannot guarantee the availability of a GPS unit.
• Some of our portable GPS units will play MP3’s; just bring your tunes with you on your thumb drive!
• DFW Elite Car Club.com offers 24/7 roadside service. Our contracted service is available to answer questions about cars, report accidents, or to help with problems. Generally speaking, the support personnel can even provide a replacement key, a quick jump start, or whatever is needed to make your experience as pleasant as possible.
• All of our vehicles have automated toll tag passes. Toll charges in the DFW Metroplex are complimentary.
